A Sialkot floor,
not a middleman.
Rexzee Sports is a working sportswear factory. The people who quote your order are in the same building as the machines that will make it.
Sialkot has made sports goods for a century. We make the apparel side of it.
This city supplies a large share of the world's footballs, gloves and match kit. That means the skill, the fabric mills and the freight routes are already here. What is often missing is a factory willing to take a small club order seriously.
That is the gap we work in. A university team ordering fifteen shirts gets the same tech pack, the same sample approval and the same inspection sheet as a brand ordering three thousand.
Where we are
Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan
Every step here came from a customer asking for something we could not yet do.
Started as a two machine stitching unit
Rexzee began as a small stitching unit taking overflow work from bigger Sialkot exporters, mostly plain gym tees and school kit.
Brought printing in house
The first calender press arrived and changed the business. Instead of sending panels out to be printed, we could control colour and timing ourselves.
Added combat wear
A local BJJ academy asked for gis nobody would make in small runs. Learning pearl weave and ripstop opened up a whole second customer base.
Started exporting direct
Clubs and gym brands in the UK, Germany and the United States began ordering without a trading office in the middle, which is how we still prefer to work.
Built the private label side
Woven labels, hang tags and packaging came in house so a new brand could launch a full range without touching three suppliers.
How we work, in plain terms.
We quote what it actually costs
No low anchor price that climbs once the artwork lands. The number in your first quote is the number on your invoice unless you change the specification.
You talk to the floor
Questions about stitching go to the person who runs the stitching line, not to an account manager relaying messages across a time zone.
Your design stays yours
We do not resell your artwork, your patterns or your label to anyone else.
We tell you when we are late
Fabric gets delayed and machines break down. When a date slips you hear it from us the day we know, with a revised date, rather than the week the shipment was due.
The standards buyers ask us about.
These are the certifications a sportswear factory gets asked for, what each one proves, and where we stand. We would rather you read it here than raise it at an audit.
Social compliance
BSCI, SEDEX and WRAP. Independent auditors check wages, hours, workplace safety and grievance procedures on the floor. Most European and UK retail chains require one before a first order; WRAP is the equivalent North American buyers ask for.
Material safety
OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Tests finished fabric and trims for substances that are harmful in skin contact. The one asked about most for sportswear, because the garment is worn against wet skin for hours. Certified per article, not per factory.
Quality and environment
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Not a statement that the product is good, but that the factory runs a documented, repeatable system with corrective action when something goes wrong.
Material content
GRS, RCS and GOTS. Verify recycled or organic content through the chain of custody. You cannot honestly call a garment recycled without one, and the transaction certificate matters as much as the factory certificate.
Where we stand today
Rexzee Sports holds no third party certification at this time. Not BSCI, not SEDEX, not OEKO-TEX, not ISO, not WRAP. Saying so plainly is worth more to you than a badge you would check and not find.
For most of who we work with, it does not decide anything. Clubs, gyms, academies, independent brands and distributors order without a social audit in place. If you are a retail chain or a public body, the audit is usually a condition of the purchase order, and we will tell you that at enquiry rather than let you find out at inspection.
What we can show you
An inspection process applied at five points, defect photographs before the carton is sealed, and a measured audit against the sample you approved rather than a generic chart.
Certified fabric, where you specify it
We can source certified fabric when a buyer asks for it and the mill's certificate travels with the material. That is a claim about the fabric, made by the mill. It is not a certification of this factory and we will not describe it as one.
Your own inspector is welcome
Appoint SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or anyone else at your cost and we will host them on the floor.
