Combat apparel fails at the seams before it fails at the fabric, which is why every piece in this line is built around its stress points first. We manufacture apparel only, so you will not find bags, mitts or protective equipment here, and everything listed is something we cut and stitch ourselves.

There is no stock range here and no catalogue colourway to pick from. Whether you are an academy, promotion or fight brand, the garment is cut to your artwork, your colours and your size run, and it ships under your label rather than ours.
- Your artwork across every panel
- Names, numbers and sponsor placement
- Your own woven neck and care labels
- Custom colourways to a Pantone reference
- Pattern built to your measurement chart
- Branded polybags and cartons
OEM manufacturing
Send a tech pack, a sample garment or a sketch and we build to it. Your patterns and your specification stay yours; we do not resell them and we do not run your design for anyone else. How OEM works here.
Private label
Woven neck labels, care labels, hang tags, printed polybags and custom cartons are produced in house, so an order going to combat brands who sell their own gis and shorts at events and online arrives ready to sell. Nothing carries a Rexzee mark unless you ask for it.
Before bulk
A pre production sample is made and approved before anything runs. See the production process, the fabric library and how quality control works.
Fight gear is a different discipline to sportswear.
Grips pull, mats abrade and washing machines run hot. We build to that reality with pearl weave cotton, ripstop, taped seams and bar tacks wherever the stress actually goes.
- Preshrunk pearl weave so the gi still fits after ten washes
- IBJJF friendly patch zones and ranked sleeve panels
- Antimicrobial treated knits on base layers and spats
- Gloves from 8oz to 16oz with layered IMF foam cores
Fabric
450 to 550gsm pearl weave cotton for gi jackets, 10oz ripstop for trousers, and 240 to 260gsm poly spandex for rashguards and spats.
Reinforcement
Bar tacked stress points, taped inner seams, rope drawstring channels and a reinforced seat on every grappling bottom.
Decoration
Woven patches, sublimated panels, embroidery and screen print. Sublimated art is printed into the fibre, so gi grips cannot peel it off.
Minimums
Low, and set per design. A gi carries a different run to a rashguard because the pearl weave is woven to order, and size mixes inside one design all count toward the same minimum.

How much will the gi shrink?
Jackets are preshrunk before cutting. Expect under 3 percent on a cold wash and hang dry, which is inside competition tolerance for the size you ordered.
Are the rashguards competition legal?
We build to IBJJF ranked rashguard rules, including the 10 percent sleeve panel requirement. Tell us the ruleset and we will lay the art out to fit it.
Can you print our gym artwork on the inside of the lapel?
Yes. Inner lapel prints, contrast lapel stitching and printed inner yokes are all standard options on a custom gi run.
