do business.
Minimums, lead times, freight, returns and what happens to your artwork. Written plainly so there are no surprises after the deposit.
Ordering
Minimums
Minimums are counted per design, not per order. Teamwear carries none. Cut and sewn fitness and combat sit a little higher, and knitted accessories higher again because of machine setup. Sizes inside one design all count toward the same minimum.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days. The unit price covers the garment, standard decoration and your own labels. It does not include freight, duty or local taxes unless the quote says otherwise.
Samples
Pre production samples are charged at a sample rate and credited against bulk when you place the order. Two rounds of revision are included.
Payment
50 percent to start production and 50 percent against the shipping documents. Bank transfer, Wise and Western Union are all accepted. Production starts when the deposit clears.
Shipping
Lead times
Samples take 7 to 10 days. Bulk runs 12 to 20 days after you approve the sample, depending on quantity and decoration method.
Freight
Air freight is 4 to 7 days door to door with tracking. Sea freight is 25 to 35 days and becomes worthwhile above roughly 300 kilograms.
Duties and taxes
Orders ship ex works unless you request delivered duty paid. On ex works terms, import duty and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Delays
If a date slips we tell you the day we know, with a revised date. We do not hold bad news until the week the shipment was due.
Returns
Manufacturing defects
If a piece leaves our floor with a manufacturing defect or measurements outside the agreed tolerance, we remake it and cover freight both ways.
Custom goods
Made to order goods cannot be returned for a change of mind. This is why the sample approval step is not optional.
Reporting a problem
Send photos within 14 days of delivery. We will tell you within two working days whether it is a remake, a credit or a refund.
Tolerance
Adult garments are held to plus or minus half an inch on key measurements. Colour is matched to your approved strike off, with a small variation between dye lots.
Privacy
What we collect
The name, email, phone number and order details you send through the quote form or WhatsApp. Nothing more.
How we use it
Only to quote, produce and ship your order. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties.
Your artwork
Your designs, patterns and labels stay yours. We do not resell them, publish them or use them on another customer's order.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time and we will remove it, other than records we are legally required to keep for export documentation.
Terms
Agreement
Placing an order and paying the deposit means you accept the specification, price and lead time in the confirmed quote.
Intellectual property
You confirm you own or are licensed to use the logos and artwork you send us. We decline orders that copy another brand's trademark.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before cutting begins, less any fabric already purchased for your job. After cutting, the order cannot be cancelled.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential loss such as a missed tournament or a delayed launch.
