Gear that has
one job.
Leather and textile riding kit built around armour rather than draped over it. Full grain hide, stretch where the body folds, and double stitching everywhere the road would find a seam.
6 subcategories, 26 product types.
Moto wear is measured differently to sportswear. A jacket that fits standing up rides badly, so we pattern with the rider tucked. This line is apparel only, which means suits, jackets, pants, jerseys and gloves. We do not supply motorcycles, engines, helmets or hard parts.

There is no stock range here and no catalogue colourway to pick from. Whether you are a racing team, riding club or dealership, the garment is cut to your artwork, your colours and your size run, and it ships under your label rather than ours.
- Your artwork across every panel
- Names, numbers and sponsor placement
- Your own woven neck and care labels
- Custom colourways to a Pantone reference
- Pattern built to your measurement chart
- Branded polybags and cartons
OEM manufacturing
Send a tech pack, a sample garment or a sketch and we build to it. Your patterns and your specification stay yours; we do not resell them and we do not run your design for anyone else. How OEM works here.
Private label
Woven neck labels, care labels, hang tags, printed polybags and custom cartons are produced in house, so an order going to moto apparel brands putting their own name on leathers and textiles arrives ready to sell. Nothing carries a Rexzee mark unless you ask for it.
Before bulk
A pre production sample is made and approved before anything runs. See the production process, the fabric library and how quality control works.
Cut for the riding position, not for the shop floor.
A jacket that fits standing up rides badly. We pattern with the rider tucked, which is why the sleeves are pre curved, the back hem sits lower than the front and the collar does not choke at motorway speed.
- CE level 1 and level 2 armour pockets patterned in, not added on
- Accordion stretch at elbow, knee and lumbar
- Double and triple stitched impact seams with bonded thread
- Built to your own measurement sheet at no extra charge
Leather
1.1 to 1.3mm full grain cowhide and buffalo, drum dyed and tested for tear strength. Perforated panels where airflow matters more than abrasion.
Armour
Pockets are patterned at shoulder, elbow, back, hip and knee around the armour you supply. Send the inserts or their dimensions and the garment is cut to them. We do not supply armour ourselves.
Textile
600D and 1000D Cordura shells with a taped waterproof membrane, vent zips and laser cut reflective panels for touring and adventure builds.
Turnaround
Sample in 12 to 15 days because leather is cut hide by hide. Bulk runs 20 to 30 days depending on the armour package.

Who supplies the armour?
You do. We make apparel, not protective equipment, and we hold no certification for armour, so we will not sell you any. What we do is pattern the pockets to the armour you have chosen: send us the inserts or their dimensions and the garment is cut around them, so the fit is right and your own armour supplier stays in the loop.
Can you copy a suit we already own?
Send the suit. We measure it, take the pattern off it and quote against it. That is the fastest and most accurate way to hit a fit your riders already trust.
What is the minimum on leather?
Lower than most buyers expect. Leather is cut hide by hide rather than laid in a marker like fabric, so a race suit does not need the run length a sewn garment does. The figure comes with your quotation.
