You send the spec.
We build to it.

OEM means the design is yours and the factory is ours. You decide what the garment is; we decide how it gets made, and then we make it. Nothing leaves this floor carrying our name unless you ask for it.

What we can start from

Three ways to brief this floor.

You do not need all of these. You need whichever one you actually have, and the first quote is free either way.

01

A tech pack

The complete answer: flat sketches, a measurement chart, seam and stitch calls, trims, labels and a colourway. If you have one we quote straight off it.

02

A sample garment

Often faster and more accurate than a document. We measure it, take the pattern from it and quote against it, so the fit your customers already accept is the fit you get.

03

A sketch or a reference

A drawing, a photo of what you have in mind, or a link. We build the tech pack with you from there, and the tech pack that comes out is yours to keep.

OEM, private label and white label are three different things.

OEM is manufacturing to your specification. The design, the pattern and the fit are yours, the factory builds what you specified, and the result exists because you asked for it. That is what this page is about.

Private label is whose name is on the finished piece. It is a question about labels, tags and packaging, and it sits on top of OEM rather than replacing it. Most orders here are both.

White label is buying something a factory already makes and putting your name on it. We do not do that. Every piece here is cut and sewn to a specification, which is a different business to holding stock, and if blanks are what you need a stock supplier will serve you better.

How it runs

From your specification to bulk.

01

Brief

You send the tech pack, the garment or the sketch, with the quantity and the size run you are planning.

02

Quotation

We come back with fabric options, a unit price and a lead time. If anything in the brief will not work as drawn, we say so here rather than after you have paid.

03

Pattern and grading

The block is drafted or taken from your sample, then graded across your size run. It is filed against your account, not merged into a house block.

04

Pre production sample

One garment, made the way the bulk will be made. Nothing runs until you have approved it.

05

Bulk

Cut, sewn, decorated, inspected and packed to your ratio. The pattern on file is the one that runs, so a reorder next season is not a fresh interpretation.

What stays yours.

Your artwork, your patterns, your grading and your colour references are held on file against your account and are not used for anyone else. We do not resell your specification and we do not run your design for another buyer.

We are happy to sign a non disclosure agreement before you send anything. Ask for it with your first enquiry and it goes out the same day.

Putting your name in the neck is the next question, not this one. That is on the private label page.

OEM questions.

Message the floor directly if yours is not covered here.

What is the difference between OEM and private label?

OEM is who designed it. Private label is whose name is on it. If you send us a specification and we build to it, that is OEM; if we then sew your woven label into the neck and pack it in your printed polybag, that is private label as well. Most orders here are both, which is why the two used to share a page.

Will our design be shown to other buyers?

No. Your artwork and patterns are held against your account and are not shown, sampled or reused. Nothing you send appears on this website or in our sample room without your written agreement.

Can you work from our existing supplier's garment?

Yes. Send the garment. We measure it, take the pattern from it and quote against it, which is the fastest and most accurate way to hit a fit your customers already accept.

Do you supply blanks we can decorate ourselves?

That is not what we do. Every piece here is cut and sewn to a specification, which is a different business to holding stock. If you need blanks, a stock supplier will serve you better and we will say so.

Who owns the pattern once it is drafted?

You do, including when we drafted it from your sketch. It stays on file so a reorder runs off the same block, and it is not applied to anyone else's order.

Send the specification.

A tech pack, a sample garment or a sketch is enough to start. You get fabric options, a unit price and a lead time back, and the pattern we draft stays yours.
