One floor,
no middlemen.
Printing, cutting, stitching, embroidery, labelling and packing all happen in the same building, which is why our lead times hold and our reorders match.
What actually happens between your file and your carton.
Most suppliers you talk to online are trading offices. They take your order, mark it up and pass it to a factory you never see. We are the factory, so the person quoting you can walk over and look at the machine.
Dye sublimation
Two 1.9 metre calender lines print the dye into the fibre rather than onto it. Panels are printed flat and cut afterwards, which is the only way to get a graphic that lines up across a seam.
Cut and sew
Flatlock, overlock, coverstitch, bar tack and elastic attach stations sit in one line, so a garment never leaves the floor halfway through its build.
Embroidery
Twelve head machines running crests, 3D puff, metallic thread and appliqué up to fifteen colours on a single badge.
Pattern and grading
Digital pattern making with a full run from youth XS to adult 4XL. Every size is graded for the block, not scaled up from a medium.
Private label
Woven neck labels, printed care labels, hang tags, silicone badges, branded polybags and cartons, all produced under this roof.
Quality control
Inline checks at cutting and stitching, then a final measured audit against your tech pack. Defect photos reach you before the carton is sealed.
The knits and wovens we keep running.
Anything outside this list can be sourced, it just adds roughly a week to the sample stage.

Decoration methods on the floor.
Sublimation, screen and transfer
Full surface sublimation for polyester, high density and puff screen print for cotton, and heat transfer vinyl for short runs and player names. We pick the method that survives your wash cycle, not the one that is cheapest to set up.
Applique and twill
Stitched twill numbers and chenille patches for the heritage look, bar tacked at every corner so they stay on through a season.
Labels and packaging
Woven main labels, satin care labels, string and seal hang tags, and printed polybags with your barcode.
Quality control that leaves a paper trail.
Every bulk order is checked against the approved sample as it is built rather than only at the end, and measured before it is packed. You get the inspection sheet and photos with your shipping documents.
- Measurement tolerance held to plus or minus half an inch on adult sizes
- Colour checked against your Pantone strike off, not against a screen
- Wash tested for shrinkage and colour bleed before bulk release
- Defect photos shared before the carton is sealed
