Brief the kit
Send a sketch, a tech pack, a competitor link or a photo of last season. All four are enough to start. We come back with fabric options, a unit price against your quantity and a lead time.
Eight stages, in this order, on every order we take. The stage most buyers skip is the one that causes the most trouble later, so we do not let you skip it.

Your idea becomes a print ready tech pack: panel maps, placement measurements, colour references and a construction call out for every seam. If you already have one, we work to yours.
Patterns are made digitally and graded across your size run. Each block is graded on its own rather than scaled from a single size, because a 4XL is not a large multiplied.
Graded patterns are plotted and laid so panel prints line up across seams. Sublimated pieces are printed flat first and cut afterwards, which is the only way the graphic can meet correctly at a seam.
Dye sublimation, screen print, embroidery, heat transfer and silicone badges. More than one method can run on the same garment where the design calls for it.
Flatlock, overlock, coverstitch and bar tack stations sit side by side, so a garment never leaves the floor halfway through its build.
Inline checks at cutting and stitching, then a final measured audit against your tech pack. Defect photos reach you before the carton is sealed, not after it lands.
Poly bagged, cartoned and shipped by air or sea with tracking. Packaging is yours if you want it to be.
A physical pre production sample ships to you before bulk starts, and bulk does not start until you sign it off. Two revisions are included.
Buyers occasionally ask us to skip it to save a week. We decline, because custom made goods cannot be returned for a change of mind, and a sample is the only honest way for both sides to agree on what was ordered.
Send the garment, the quantity and the deadline, and the process on this page starts with your quotation.
