Your gym label,
built properly.
Four way stretch staples with bonded seams, gusseted crotches and squat proof knits, finished with your own woven labels and packaging.
6 subcategories, 27 product types.
Most fitness brands start with a blank and a heat press. We start with a pattern. That is the difference between a range that looks like everyone else's and one a customer can recognise across a gym floor, and it is why we grade each block separately rather than scaling one body up and down.
Gym Wear
The everyday range a gym brand lives on, in weights that survive a wash cycle rather than a photoshoot.
6 product types → COCompression Wear
Second skin layers with flatlock seams and the graduated fit compression is actually meant to deliver.
4 product types → CRCross Training
Pieces cut for mixed modal work, where the same garment has to rope climb, run and lift.
4 product types → YOYoga and Studio
Studio pieces where the seam placement and the opacity of the knit decide whether the range sells twice.
4 product types → ATAthleisure
The gym to street layer: heavier weights, relaxed blocks and finishing that reads as apparel rather than kit.
5 product types → TETeam Fitness Wear
Branded kit for gyms, boxes and studios that need staff and member ranges to match.
4 product types →Everything in the fitness wear line is made to your specification.
There is no stock range here and no catalogue colourway to pick from. Whether you are a gym or an activewear label building a retail range, the garment is cut to your artwork, your colours and your size run, and it ships under your label rather than ours.
- Your artwork across every panel
- Names, numbers and sponsor placement
- Your own woven neck and care labels
- Custom colourways to a Pantone reference
- Pattern built to your measurement chart
- Branded polybags and cartons
OEM manufacturing
Send a tech pack, a sample garment or a sketch and we build to it. Your patterns and your specification stay yours; we do not resell them and we do not run your design for anyone else. How OEM works here.
Private label
Woven neck labels, care labels, hang tags, printed polybags and custom cartons are produced in house, so an order going to private label brands who need the same block repeated season after season arrives ready to sell. Nothing carries a Rexzee mark unless you ask for it.
Before bulk
A pre production sample is made and approved before anything runs. See the production process, the fabric library and how quality control works.
The construction details that separate a brand from a blank.
Private label gym ranges built the way the big brands build them. Flatlock seams that do not chafe, waistbands that do not roll, and a full size run that fits real bodies.
- Woven neck labels, care tags, hang tags and polybags made in house
- Squat proof knit tested against a real stretch and light test
- Full XS to 3XL grade with the seat shape held at every size
- Sample yardage kept on file so batch two matches batch one
Fabric
280gsm nylon spandex for bottoms, 88/12 poly spandex for compression, and 380 to 420gsm brushed loopback fleece for the heavyweight pieces.
Construction
Flatlock and coverstitch throughout, gusseted crotch on every bottom, and bar tacks at pocket mouths and drawcord exits.
Branding
Silicone badges, puff print, high density screen, embroidery and heat transfer care labels. Nothing carries our name.
Minimums
Low, and set per style and colour rather than per order. Sizes inside one colourway all count toward the same minimum, and the exact figure comes with your quotation.

Will the leggings actually be squat proof?
We test every leggings fabric stretched over a light box before it goes into bulk. If the knit shows through at full stretch it does not ship.
Can you put our brand label in from the first order?
Yes. Woven labels, hang tags and printed polybags are produced here, so even a first order arrives fully branded as your own.
Do you keep our fabric on record?
We keep a physical swatch, the mill reference and the dye lot notes, so a repeat order six months later matches the first one.
